If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please let us know immediately to secure a replacement or refund. We are more than happy to help.
If you feel the need to return any item to us, we will ask for you to pay the cost of the return. If you received the wrong items or your items are faulty, we will reimburse this cost. Goods must be unworn & unused in order to be applicable for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
How to make a Return
- Contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to hand
- We will send you a returns note, which you must complete to return your product
- Return the unworn products to us in their original packaging
- We will process a full refund on products to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned items
Priority deliveries paid for when ordering are customer preference. Unless the goods returned are faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.
*Customised goods cannot be exchanged, or returned unless faulty.
