Creating a morning routine that’s as energising as a double shot of espresso (without the jitters) and as nourishing as a hug from your grandma (aww) isn’t just a dream. It’s totally doable, and I’m here to guide you through it.

1. Wake Up and Shake Up

Let’s start with the basics: waking up. Set an alarm that makes you feel more “Hell yes!” and less “Hell no!” Whether it’s a motivational tune or a gentle nudge, find what tickles your fancy. Then, shake up those sheets and do a mini-dance party as you get up. Why? Because it’s impossible to have a bad start when you’re shaking your booty.

2. Hydrate Before You Caffeinate
